Cookie Notice

1. Essential storage

Authentication and security may use first-party cookies required to keep a signed-in session, protect requests and preserve essential navigation. Disabling them can prevent account features from working.

• Essential cookies are not used to sell advertising profiles.
• Session values use secure, HTTP-only and appropriate SameSite controls where supported.
• Search text and private evidence are excluded from analytics properties.

2. Product analytics

Limited server-side PostHog events use pseudonymous identifiers and an allowlisted property contract. Session recording is not used, and no advertising cookies are required.

• Acquisition, activation and feature-use events are measured in privacy-conscious categories.
• Free-text searches, notes, Evidence case content, email addresses and company targets are excluded.
• Any future non-essential browser technology will remain off until the notice and consent controls have been updated.

3. Your controls

Browser controls can remove stored cookies, but essential account features may then stop working. This notice will be updated before analytics behaviour materially changes.
